Smart Holiday Hotel Bodrum - Bitez

The vibrant atmosphere at the hotel was enjoyable, and I appreciated the helpful staff who ensured our needs were met. The air conditioning left much to be desired, affecting our comfort during the stay.

Stayed here for 1 night with my boyfriend, had a great stay. Good and absolutely perfect staff who were always there to help. Got standard room with the internet, 2 bedrooms, as example as expected. I greatly enjoyed fine drinks at the poolside bar.

Absolutely shocked how dirty the place was, I mean, dust everywhere! I also woudl of expected better air conditioning. It was an absolute nightmare. And after all that, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas, nothing. I nearly left a good review, just couldn't bring myself to it.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

The hotel was in a central location to Bodrum town center. The staff were lovely and amazing, it was a bonus. We have spent 1 day in standard twin room with 2 bedrooms and the internet, as for instance:)))

This hotel is really close to the beach and has great connections to bodrum with busses stopping right in front. The food was delicious, huge thumbs up for the chef! Everything was clean and the staff are really good, i really felt taken care of.

But the air conditioning in the room didn't work well, it was super hot at night. The bathroom could've been cleaner.

Simple stay, good vibes

The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the clean linens. The place felt nice and chill. The bar had some tasty drinks. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was fine for a quick getaway!

The location is fab, close to shopping and local clubs. Enjoyed amazing boat trips, and the pool vibes are great.

The views were fine, with great pool vibes. Water sports nearby.

Bodrum vibes and warm moments 🌊

The staff were super friendly, and even though my room didn't have a balcony, I found a big one in the common area to chill with a nice koppie view. The brekkie spread was lekker with tasty salads and daily changes in main dishes.

The view from the rooms offers a beautiful panorama. The casual atmosphere encourages interaction among guests, fostering a sense of community.

Cleanliness fell short with reports of dust and unclean fridges across various rooms, leading to discomfort. The air conditioning had major flaws, leaving guests in sweltering conditions on the top floor, which severely impacted sleep quality. Issues with hot water were also a significant inconvenience, as many experienced cold showers for extended periods. Guests also expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast buffet, noting slow replenishment rates that resulted in wait times for food.

The stay was quite disappointing. We didn't have any hot water for the duration of our visit, which made showering very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. dirty towels were just hung back up instead of replaced. The food service was another low point, especially when the hotel got busier, as there was often not enough food and the wait times increased significantly. I appreciated the beautiful views from the rooms, which was a small silver lining during our stay.

The view from our room was fine. We stayed on the last floor, great to look over all the other buildings. The room size felt decent and the furniture provided a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, we faced quite a few issues. The cleanliness standard wasn't met. There was dust on the floor and the fridge wasn't properly cleaned, emitting an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning barely worked, primarily because the outside unit was rusted and deteriorating. Being on the top floor with temperatures soaring to 40 degrees made sleeping nearly impossible. On top of that, we had no hot water during our entire stay. After lengthy travel, an ice-cold shower is what I got, and calling the reception didn't seem to help as they couldn't fix the hot water issue in time. The sewage smell in the bathroom was another discomfort. We had to keep the window open just to breathe better, but the heat and lack of wind didn't provide much relief. It feels quite harsh to say, but the bathroom experience was the low point of the stay. The chaotic condition of the hotel left us feeling frustrated, especially as we were looking forward to a more enjoyable holiday experience.
